Hotspot/Chromebook/Laptop eligible use policy for meeting the
Requirements of the Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF)

These devices provided by the Library can be borrowed by card holders who
otherwise lack access to the equipment or services sufficient to meet their needs for
communication, internet access, and education.
Use of your library card serves as agreed signature of use.
