The freedom to read and view is a constitutionally designed right.
Within this framework, Red Feather Lakes Community Library offers materials
that is representative of constituent and visitor interests across a broad spectrum of
ideas and ideals. Not all held items are of interest or intended for all cardholders
but rather towards a balance of the user’s opportunity of choice.
