Designed for homeowners who are 62+, those who are approaching retirement, or anyone who wants to be educated on this program, join this presentation on the many ways you can use your home equity to improve your retirement. We will unravel the confusion surrounding reverse mortgages and look at how your home’s equity can be used to help make home improvements; provide for home care and health needs or other unplanned expenses during retirement; and offer leverage toward charitable giving, investment options and desired activities. We will also illustrate how a reverse mortgage can be used to purchase a home if you are pondering relocating into a more ideal home for your retirement years. We will also talk about when a reverse mortgage is not a good idea.
