The Easter Bunny, face-painting, crafts and Mountain Morsels will have a booth at the Mountain Meeting Place. The younger kids will have their hunt in the Glacier View Fire House. GVFD fundraising BBQ at the Fire House 10-12. Egg hunts will be broken up into age groups, and will start at 10:15am SHARP, in the Glacier View Park. Older kids welcome too! Donations of stuffed eggs, empty eggs, bags of candy or small toys, can be made in three different locations, The Trading Post, Ponderosa Realty, and the Glacier View office, look for the big totes with a sign. September 8: Livermore Cattle Ranching, Maintaining Old Traditions in Modern Ranching Taylor Archuleta, Plasnik Land and Cattle Ranch Manager (formerly Lone Pine Ranch) Our mountain traffic jam… you are witnessing an old west cattle drive. In early summer and fall cattle are moved up and down the road by cowboys and cowgirls on horseback to graze from Livermore all the way up through Dead Man, Prairie Divide and beyond. It’s more than a cattle drive as every animal is born, raised and finished on the ranch using regenerative practices. It’s a Field to Freezer operation!
