♦Library Hiking Group –
Interested in joining this group? Please contact:
Darlene Kilpatrick (library staff member) at darlene@redfeatherlibrary.org

We will stay close for this hike.

We haven’t done Elkhorn trail in a while. We will go to the overlook – you go left at the start of the trail. For those who want a longer hike, we will cross the creek and connect with Lady Moon trails. It might rain so be prepared with waterproof gear.

Time: Meet at 10:00 at Boy Scout Turn off. It is where 74E and Boy Scout Road ( also the turn for Drala Center) meet – we will leave at 10:15 to go to the trailhead. We won’t wait long at the trailhead since we will gather at the turn off

Trail : Elkhorn to lookout-
Difficulty: moderate –
Make sure to bring the normal stuff and rain gear- water, snack, lunch and whatever else you like to bring.
